Polyurethane Foam Insulation

PUF insulation (Polyurethane Foam) is a high-performance thermal insulation material formed by reacting isocyanates with polyols. Widely used in HVAC systems, it offers excellent thermal resistance, long-term durability, and easy installation, making it ideal for areas demanding superior temperature control, such as cold rooms, ductwork, and equipment enclosures.

PUF insulation is capable of withstanding extremely low temperatures (up to -50°C) and is often combined with outer cladding materials like aluminum, steel, or galvanized sheets for enhanced protection. Common types include Open-Cell PUF (flexible and breathable), Closed-Cell PUF (rigid and highly insulating), and Spray PUF, which is perfect for irregular surfaces and tight spaces.
